Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Lots of fruit in the nose, typical Cassis and blackberries associated with the predominant Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple colour still despite it’s age. Still decent amount of tannins present, def. in it’s drinking window now but could do with a few more years to smoothen out and develop some tertiary aromas. (drank from a 1.5L magnum)
