Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Pale straw with green hue and starbright. Intense aromas of underripe lime, guava and gooseberry, fresh cut grass, and capsicum. Mouthwatering acids, and medium bodied, but the bell pepper and zesty lime and guava flavours are intense, with a hint of cinnamon to round off, and quite a bit of heat. Straightforward but does carry a little length at the back
