Sunday, November 19, 2017 - Drinking just a bit past its prime, however shows that even a basic Passac can hold some significant age. No bricking or signs of age, just some nicely extracted fruit and a blast of tobacco/smoke on the finish, which is a bit disjointed at this stage. Great with a red-meat dinner, no complaints.
