Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Beautiful cabernet with a big powerful nose that makes you think you have opened this wine too soon. Two hours of decant yields a delicious wine that makes it a pleasure to drink. I will wait another five years to open the next one. The wine evolved throughout the evening, pared perfectly with a grilled rack of lamb.
