Monday, May 4, 2020 - Deeply extracted ruby. Nose and palate of cassis and lightly vanilla’d dark red berry compote. Medium body. Medium acidity. Medium minus tannins. Classic Sonoma Cab that will be a great compliment to roasts, casseroles, and lighter cuts of beef. Drink now through 2023.
