Friday, June 20, 2014 - I opened this at our 6/20/14 smoked beef brisket dinner. It had a beautiful, deep, layered and expressive bouquet of plum, blackberry, boysenberry, smoked meat, licorice, thyme, herb, spice, mocha, cocoa and coffee aromas. The palate was big, rich, elegant and dry with flavors of plum, blackberry, boysenberry, licorice, herb, spice, mocha, cocoa and coffee...fabulous.

    6/22/2014 3:51:00 PM - Sounds sooooo Good. I have 2 bottles and looked at a pair of 2012, but was questioning if the cost and timing made sense. I can always find the '12 again, but looking forward to these bottles. Great descriptors. Thanks for the notes.
