Monday, March 23, 2015 - Decanted for 6 hours and then drank slowly over the next 3 hours. Wine was better the longer it had been opened. Nicely layered plum, blackberry, boysenberry, licorice, thyme, mocha, and coffee aromas. Big, rich, elegant and dry.
