Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - Beautiful blackberry and licorice flavors. Nice acidity and great balance. Velvety tannins. Great density and saturation without any heaviness. This is still very young and vibrant without any noticable evolvement. Will be interesting to see how this will develop in the next 5-10 years.
