(By AG): In the bouquet chocolate, some stable smells, dark cherries and blackberries, but also some tertiary impressions of soy and celery. On the palate cherries leather, celery again, leather, mild acidity and round tannin. Probably wise not to wait too long anymore if this bottle is exemplary.
