Saturday, April 10, 2021 - Deep opaque Aubergine with slight bricking around the edges. Nose has cigar pencil cedar. Subtle perfume. Too hot on pop and pour but next day nice and silky. This Shiraz has a ton of fruit. Not jammy at all. Quite delicious but a bit too big with food. This is a sipper. Has life left to it
