Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Dark, thick garnet. Oaky aromas. Rich fruit, fairly heavy texture, acidity peeks through. A bit hot on the finish. Got more enjoyment than expected, since it seemed rather balanced. Definitely not a rustic Barbera and not showing decline.
