Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Domaine Roger Sabon - Chateauneuf du Pape - Reserve 2018. Deep red in color. The nose is filled with dark, ripe red and black fruits in combination with some roasted meat. Some nice pepper! The mouth got some fine tanins and has a great richness. Overall medium bodied and at the moment (for me) in an perfect state !

Love this Domaine an can't wait to be there in June :-)
