Friday, June 25, 2021 - Almost opaque dark bricky ruby. Nose of dark berry, red plum, coarse violets, iodine, brier, piney earth. Layers of satisfying raspberry, brambles, iron particles, and deep dive dark plum on the palate. Still-vibrant acidity and still-firm tannin. Long finish of rich echoing berry, earth, iron, and grip, with just a touch of heat. Lovely.
