Friday, November 10, 2023 - With S&J at Ocean Prime in Orlando. Dark purple in the glass. Restrained nose - but opened a bit after time in the glass. Black cherry on the palate. Medium+ body and lots of racy acidity. Grippy tannins but not overwhelming. Obviously still a young wine and likely will have plenty of aging potential but I think this is a wine to be enjoyed sooner rather than later. Give it another two years and it should be lovely.
