Saturday, January 22, 2022 - Picked relatively early and cashes in on some pleasant root vegetable and wild herb notes. There's some musk and animal meatiness too. Fruit is relatively understated, with a touch of raspberry and cherry as it takes on air. Mid-weight, nicely balanced and quite complex. Silky of texture and persistent.
