Wednesday, May 30, 2018 - Jailbreak Brewery restaurant opening SQN wine dinner with Justin Bonner (Jailbreak Brewery, Laurel, MD): Beautifully integrated complex nose displaying ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, apricot, honey, honeysuckle, a hint of truffle, butter scotch, sweet and spicy spices and limestone. Exceptional concentration, dense and oily without being heavy, bright acidity, good mineral presence and a long decadent yellow fruit spicy finish. Once again, a bit decadent and really delicious.
