Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - Nose: Fresh, ripe pineapple, butterscotch, toasted coconut, dried apricot.
Palate: Apricot preserves, charred pineapple, flan (with burnt caramel), light roast coffee.
Full, syrupy body, very sweet (of course), bright acidity, looong finish.
