Saturday, June 10, 2023 - Double-recanted and served from the bottle. Amazing wine, such massive flavor and body! Blackberry and plum fruit, bacon fat, baking spices, oak, vanilla, and dark chocolate on the finish. Was loved by all, and happy I still have another bottle. This is definitely still young, so looking forward to seeing how it is in 3-5 years. Drink now with air - 2037.
