Tuesday, December 24, 2013 - Dark color. I get a sour vegetable and a after scent of cedar and tobacco. Every smell cycles through a range, I can even still get some mint. Still has some tannic grip to it but not the heat I remember. Feels like I swallowed cotton. Tarry blackberries and the "dryness" lets the flavor linger for awhile. Still really good.
