Friday, November 20, 2020 - pale lemon colour, shiny, classic. nose: oysters with lemon in the first attack then gooseberries, lime, geranium; fresh, dry, mineral (some limestone). taste: high acidity; crisp; lemon&lime, quince, grapefruit zest; medium length finish (I wish was a bit longer). soft minerality. A lot is about those citrus fruits.
