Sunday, March 26, 2017 - Based on my tasting note from last April, we decanted and let this bottle breathe for 2 hours before beginning to drink. Definitely the right call, this wine was wow! from the start. Deep and rich flavors, good fruit but savory notes also, smooth texture, maybe a touch heavy. An exciting wine. One of my best experiences with a Ramey cab. Most of the others were younger wines or were consumed without being aired out.
