Monday, January 18, 2021 - - Ruby color - Popped and poured. Good to go right out of the bottle, and enjoyed over three hours with prime rib. Flavors of black currant, cherries and a hint of spice. The finish lasts for days. I have a few more bottles and plan on drinking these within the next five years. Beautifully made wine.
