Friday, April 2, 2021 - Straw colored. This is a very interesting wine, but very tart. Too much for my group to enjoy as an aperitif. The Jacquère grape along with the alpine vineyard stands out with some complexity and interesting notes though. When paired with creamy alpine cheeses (Gruyére and Comté), it worked great and was enjoyable to me, if not some others in my tasting group.
