Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Pale straw with fine bubbles. On the nose white flowers, green apple and fresh linen
In the mouth tart green apple, underripe stone fruit and bracing acidity..citrus pith on the long finish.
Fun bright, fresh wine. As much acidity that this has would be interesting to see what its like in a couple years..
