Sunday, December 31, 2023 - All aromas & characteristics of ‘Vin jaune’ in this wine: walnut, strong acidity, curry, oxidative notes.. this is the best pairing one can make with a cheese meal (think fondue, Mont d’or or raclette) 🤩
