Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - Return to Willamette; 7/2/2023-7/8/2023 (Portland & Willamette): Big and spicy with a touch of cheese rind. Some tannin and structure. Made with some of the Pommard clone. Dark and brooding. Reminds me a touch of a sweet tart with the opposing flavors coming together.
