Saturday, January 20, 2024 - On the nose, not that fruity during first night of opening
On the palette, it was less acidic than I expected. Tannin structure is present still about 15 minutes of being in the glass. Slightly bitter but pleasant aftertaste. Quite savory, but mid palette feels flat, and the concentration isn’t that high.
