Sunday, November 26, 2023 - Saturated but still translucent, dark ruby. The nose is filled with pretty red fruit that is absolutely effusive. Just about as feminine and pretty as it gets. Much of that carries through to the mouth but there is acid and structure here too. Should last a good long time and provide excellent pleasure for years to come. It comes as no surprise to me that Fronsac was so highly thought of at one time. 5-13-16-8: 92/100.
