Sunday, July 25, 2021 - A bit of a sponti funk shortly on opening that blew off quickly in the glass in a few minutes. Quite mineral with peaches, pears and bergamot. On the palate it's a tad rich, and the acid feels a bit soft, but precise and piquant. It feels just a tad bit jagged at the moment, but I suspect it will blossom into a nice kabinett in 3-5 years' time. AP: 14 20
