Saturday, August 26, 2023 - Gave it a few minutes of air and it was ready to serve. Dry, complex wine with a little bit of iron flavor. Goes really well with grilled sausage. Red Grenache 70%, Syrah 15%, Carignan 10%, Merlot 5%. 14.5% Alcohol.
