Saturday, March 23, 2024 - This is something. So dark and inky. Cassis, raspberry jam, white pepper nose.

Hot but cut nicely with tannins, acid, cherry coulis, wood, stem and nutmeg, pipe smoke.

Lovely. My next will be opened in 4-6 years.
