Saturday, August 4, 2007 - Cabernet: Summer Session / Silver Oak Day (wine Exchange): 14.1% alcohol. purple garnet color. Ripe plum, dark cherry, tar, stones, a bit of heat. med. to full bodied, lush mouthfeel. well balanced ripe fruit, acidity, ripe tannins and a minerality on the finish.
