Tuesday, April 5, 2022 - Pale gold color. Super delicious nose of citrus tarte, brown butter, brioche, mustard and a hint of saffron. Minerality on point aswell. The taste is quite similar to the nose with the addition of toast and carambola. Could probably stay in the cellar for 3-5 years as the acidity is a little sharp.
