Sunday, September 6, 2009 - Crushed violets; petrol; animal fat. Remarkable length, braced with defining tannin. Probably in decline, yet will continue to offer a pleasurable experience during the next decade. Not at all astringic, rather easy to drink and fragrant floral noted tend to dominate.
Three hour decanting time.
