Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - Very rough and tight on opening, surprisingly backward. Slow ox for 10 days (yes). Held up well. Very aromatic with sweet dark cherry dominating. Palate is deep and long with dark fruits. Tannins much softer and oak less obvious.
