Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Delicate and delicious. Sweet mouthfeel, but not a sweet wine. Ready to drink almost immediately after opening the bottle; did best at a cooler cellar temperature. I really enjoyed this wine: lots of red cherry balanced with a nicely reserved oak profile. Really impressive.
