Thursday, March 11, 2021 - Straight to the top of my list of 2019 Kabinetts tried recently. Expressive nose of citrus and cream and trop fruit. Slightly flinty. More tropical fruit and a smacking-lively, be happy you are alive energy on the palate. Absolutely crushable. Malange of sweet fruits and bright acidity that is vibrant, but balanced. Yes!

3/16/2021 7:03:00 PM - Would love to-once this rain lets up we can light a fire in the pit and pour. Am a red and white Burg guy mostly, and closet Riesling Kab lover (literally, many bottles in the closet...). Have been known to stray into Spatlese and Trocken territory. Loewen and Muller Catoir are favorites, but am still exploring.

Have we met already? I used to taste at PH, back when that was happening...

Don't think we have met. I never spent too much time at ph. Maybe our paths crossed at some point - Dennis
