Friday, November 12, 2021 - Drinks like a spatlese. There is sweetness and weight to this wine but it is offset by a fine acidic streak through the mouth. This wine has stuffing to go on for the next set of years and years. I won't touch my last 5 bottles for another 5-10 years. This bottle again proves that 2019 is a vintage for the ages.
