Monday, October 18, 2021 - There's a terrific purity of fruit here, with notes of Fuji apple and apricot leading the way. Nearly full-on dessert, with a honeyed sweetness prevailing throughout. Could use more acidity to be great, but hints of minerality add depth. Stellar value for 20 bucks.
