Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Decent Spanish white wine, comes across like a cross between a riesling and sauvignon blanc. Decent acidity and sourish grapefruit profile, but not as cutting as pure sauvignon. I did like this for a change of pace summer wine, good on a hot day, until you drink so much you fall over. Something else on the back end is present, like a granite type rock? Like it, recommended, and I will try some again.
