Sunday, May 29, 2022 - Dark red/black. Aroma of tar, cherry and violets. Hard tannic oaky flavours of cherry, chalk, vanilla, toast. Fruitcake too. Really elegant and austere richness. Decanted for 3 hours in advance. Maybe could have done with more, but still superb.
