Tuesday, August 10, 2021 - Light ruby colour with a tint of garnet. Medium nose with strawberry, dark cherry, walnuts, leather, tar and rose petal. Medium taste of strawberry, dark cherry, walnuts, leather and tar. Medium long and dry finish. Medium (+) acidity. High and sharp tannins. Medium (+) body. A good Langhe Nebbiolo that lacks that little extra. Double decanted to open. Best enjoyed in a year or two and up to five years. Goes well with beef or lamb.
