Wednesday, May 19, 2021 - The Wine Society: Beaujolais wines; 5/10/2021-5/20/2021: Structured and quite dense with damson fruit and black fruits on the palate - incredibly enjoyable now but this has time on its side. Very much in an "on-the-fruit" moment right now - a couple of years will really elevate this into something more than the sum of its parts. This reeks of quality - it just deserves the respect to be left alone for a while.
