Sunday, November 5, 2023 - Aromas of wild flowers, nectarine, melon, lemon peel and hazelnut. Nectarine, melon, lemon peel, hazelnut, honeycomb and wet stone on the palate. Very long, layered finish. Excellent acidic balance. Served with grilled lemon, garlic and herb marinated swordfish.
