Friday, April 16, 2021 - Taking one for the team. No surprise that this is young so I'd recommend at least a year or a long decant. Consumed over a two-hour period from a PnP. The nose is full of candy apple and cherry. The palate is more restrained with red fruits and a bit of jam, specifically raspberry and strawberry. It's slightly bitter on the finish but again, it's a baby. My wife and I both like it so I'll let the other bottles age and try again in a year.
