Monday, July 18, 2022 - Deep orange colour. Medium and developing nose with strawberry, peach, pomegranate, dried strawberries, orange, orange peel, thyme and violet. Medium (+) taste of strawberry, peach, orange, orange peel, thyme and rhubarb. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good Xinomavro based Rosé close to a light red wine. Needed an hour to open. Drink now. Goes well with beef, lamb, pork or poultry.
