Wednesday, December 28, 2011 - Medium gold color. Aromas of butterscotch, lemon, and ripe pear. Flavors of vanilla, butterscotch, ripe pineapple, pear, and yellow apple. There is a nut oil element that emerges with airtime and this is teetering on too little acidity to keep it all together, but seems to stay on the right side of the equation to keep it enjoyable. Drink.
