Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Dry but rich on the palate, with some fresh umami notes, this was quite nice, but paired best with the fatty/rich sashimi. At Dai-Ichi Takimotokan in Hokkaido. +4
Also had Fukutsukasa Fukuji Junmai which I don't remember to well, kind if unmemorable. Also +4.
