Saturday, November 28, 2020 - Blueberry jam, cocoa, violets, and fresh herbs.
Medium acid and tannin.
No surprise here, just Ridge continuing to make world class Zin. Oak is very well integrated and acid keeps everything fresh.
Gave this 90 minutes to open up and it was singing.
