Sunday, February 21, 2021 - Ridge Lytton Springs Tasting: From 130-year old vines, the 2018 Pagani has a massive nose of raspberry, bing cherry, and rosewater. The effect reads as slightly medicinal to me, but the underlying tannic structure and the long, tart finish are nice. Gulp down over the next 5-7 years.
